Kreator - Enemy of God

I’ve waited a long time for this one and here it is! Kreator’s newest masterpiece entitled ‘Enemy of God’ is a crushing twelve track hammer which sounds like a typical Slayer album, more than ever before, but that’s not bad at all. Especially the titletrack ‘Enemy of God’ starts out with Slayer styled riffs. Although this cd sounds very much Slayer like it’s also typically Kreator! Fast song structures, thrashing drums and aggressive vocals - what else would you expect from Germany’s leading thrash metal band? But you’re not only getting the above mentioned! This record has got very decent melodies, which are somewhat catchy but not too jazzy. ‘Voices of the Dead’ is the best example for all the above mentioned and my personal playing tip! You can listen to it on Kreator’s official website! All in all this is an album for everyone who is into metal! Headbanging guaranteed!
